HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

We ship out all individual items separately, but two or more quantity of an element pack together always.

If an item is listed as FREE SHIPPING item, you only need to pay for the value. We send individual item separately unless a particular item of more than one quantity, and if an item is tagged to be free, you got to pay for the shipping cost to your location per piece. If you buy two or more of the goods, there may be some discount on the shipping for the second, third, ... item depends on the coupon policy.

If you buy a number of items which are mixed between the FREE items and paid items the same above principles apply. We treat them separately.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

You can track your order status in real time by checking the shipping confirmation email sent within a week of your purchase or by clicking the Track Order tab. You can also contact us directly at info@debolus.com to check the status of your order.

After an order has been placed, it's immediately sent to one of our six fulfillment centers where we will ship your items within 1-2 business days. Below are the expected delivery times.

Please note: Due to the popularity of specific items in our catalogue, shipping times are not consistent but all the items are secured.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Most of our free shipping items are usually 2-3 weeks delivery. Due to the high demand of some of our most popular products, please allow 2-8 weeks for delivery. If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at info@debolus.com

If your order hasn't arrived within 90 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund on your purchase.

(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).

DO YOU DELIVER PRODUCTS INTERNATIONALLY?

Store Name successfully ships A LOT of apparel worldwide each day. We have many happy customers in every corner of the world!

Occasionally, we may have to cancel an order we are unable to send out due to prohibitive shipping to some areas of the world, but we always try to ensure our apparel is available to everyone.

WHY WAS I CHARGED $X.XX AND $XX.XX APPEARS IN PAYPAL OR ON MY INVOICE?

It is due to the website charging in USD. PLEASE NOTE: While the prices may display in your local currency you will be charged in USD.

I'VE PLACED AN ORDER WITH MULTIPLE ITEMS RECENTLY, CAN I COMBINE THEM INTO ONE PACKAGE?

Since we have six different warehouses, we don't have all our products in one place, so when you order multiple items at a time, each item will be shipped separately. So you'll probably receive one item before the next. Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once… Rest assured, they will get to you.

I'VE PUT A WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS AND/OR PICKED A WRONG SIZE/VARIANT! CAN I CHANGE IT?

If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or second day. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it. Contact us anyway, we still care, and we'll try to make it right for you. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use.

HOW SECURE IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer technology), which is widely used on the internet for processing payments.

Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored. No one including the management has access to your credit card information than your name and your shipping address. The certified financial institutions govern over it.
